Guidelines for Parents

• The main purpose and objectives of this school is to make your child a good student, industrious, honest and truthful, just and fair in dealing with all. Please help us in this great noble task.
• In order to secure all that is bet in education of our children, the maximum co-operation between parents and the school authorities is desired. Hence Parents/ Guardians are expected to co-operate with the school authorities by enforcing regularity and discipline, by seeing that they prepare their lessons daily, come to school in time, wear neat and clean uniform and take an active interest in the activities of the school.
• Continuous report about conduct of your children will be sent to by the teachers.
• When communicating with the Principal, Parents/ Guardians are requested to mention in their letter the Admission Number, name of the student, class and section etc.
• No tuition may be taken from any teacher of the school without the written permission of the Principal.
• Parents/Guardians or any other person are not allowed to see the students or interview their teachers during the school hours without the permission of the Principal. They are requested to come on a notified day for PTM meet.
• Parents must intimate to the School whenever their residential address or telephone number, student email id is changed in order to communicate to them in urgent matters, in the interest of their child.

Security of Your Child

• Kindly ensure that your ward wears proper Identity Card to school daily. All details are to be mentioned clearly. Change in address or phone number is to be informed. Any medical problem faced by your ward should be informed to the class teacher in writing at the beginning of the session.
• No child will be allowed to go home with anyone except his/her parents unless the parents have sent a note duly signed by them.
• Belongings of the Children – All books, bottles, tiffin boxes, pencil boxes, cardigans and school bags should be labelled with child’s full name, class & section (in block letters). Child’s name should be marked inside the shoe, Please ensure that your ward carries healthy food with a napkin and a water bottle everyday to school.
• Diary – Parents must read the school diary so as to acquaint themselves with the school rules and regulations and confirm their acceptance for the same by signing in the school diary.
• School Uniform and Personal Hygiene – Children should be sent to school neatly dressed in clean and proper school uniform. Clean shoes, socks and hair bands are a part of the uniform. Nails should be clipped regularly.
